Shipping Policy

Order Processing

At J&M Sneakers, we aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer shipping to all 50 states within the U.S. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

Shipping fees vary based on the carrier and the delivery speed selected at checkout.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted shipping carriers, such as:

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your order’s delivery status in real-time. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays and Issues

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processes. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at contactus@jnmsneaker.com, and we will assist you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

J&M Sneakers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.

Returns and Exchanges

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at: customers@jnmsneaker.com.

We accept returns on items that meet the following conditions:

  • Product is in the original box
  • Product is unused and in brand-new condition
  • Original tags are intact

If these conditions are met, please contact us for return instructions. Note that items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a return.

Once return is accepted, the customer is responsible for the shipping label fee.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
